How to Use Incorporator

Incorporator is designed to make the incorporation process quick and easy-to-use. The process is divided into five simple steps.

Step 1 - Company Details

In this section you enter the company name, share capital, registered office etc.

You can also advise us whether you want to change the standard share transfer article, if you require any additional articles, what you want printed on the front of the Memorandum and Articles and the address to which you want the company to be delivered.

If you often use the same company and officers details to incorporate your companies you can save them in a template for later use.

Step 2 - Name Check

We will inform you whether your chosen name is already registered and whether it contains any sensitive words. If a sensitive word is present we will also tell you what the next step is in getting approval for its use.

Step 3 - Products

In this section you can tell us whether you want any additional goods such as seals and registers to accompany your order.

Step 4 - Officers & Shareholders

Enter the details of the officer(s) and shareholder(s) here.

Step 5 - Confirm Order

Incorporator displays all the data entered for a final check before the order is placed.
