You enter the company name, registered office, select the guaranteed same day incorporation option, change share value and currency, any professional acknowledgement to appear on the articles and the address to which you want the company to be delivered.

You can change the type of company you wish to incorporate by clicking the 'Change company type of draft link' and selecting the appropriate draft from within that company type. If you are incorporating using the Jordans standard draft for companies limited by shares you can also indicate whether you want to change the standard share transfer article or if you require any additional articles.

If you often use the same company and officers details to incorporate your companies you can save them in a template for later use. Select 'Templates' from the name page and select 'Create' to set up your template.

We will inform you if your chosen name is already registered or is the "same as" another name appearing on the index. If it includes a ?sensitive? word we will also tell you what the next step is in getting approval for its use.

Applications for associated company names ("same as") must be accompanied by a letter of consent from the existing company. You can upload the document when you complete your order.

Tell us whether you want any additional goods such as seals and registers to accompany your order. We can also provide domain names, email and website services. Incorporator will automatically select your company name to check and advise on the availability of the domain name, You also have the ability to check and select alternative names. We can even provide a basic website you'll be able to update yourself.
